Welcome to Pinly ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Pinly provides a visual feedback and collaboration tool for web development teams and agencies. We allow users to comment on live websites, capture technical metadata, and integrate with third-party tools.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any content (comments, screenshots, data) you upload or create using Pinly. By finding visual bugs, you grant us a license to host, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You agree not to use the service to host illegal content, harass others, or interfere with the proper working of the service.

5. Payment and Subscription

Pinly offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time.

6. Intellectual Property

Pinly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pinly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
